The reality TV star would do just about anything to avoid commenting on recent rumors about her sisters.

On Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, Kim Kardashian visited The Late Late Show with James Corden and played "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts." As per the rules of the game, Kim and host James Corden either had to answer questions from the other person honestly or opt out of a response by eating one of many nauseating food choices laid out on the table in front of them, such as cows' tongues and bird saliva.

And, while Kim managed to answer a couple questions about her personal life, she just couldn't say anything when Corden asked her about two of her younger sisters. "Kim, there have been lots of rumors about your sisters Khloé and Kylie being pregnant," Corden read from a card. "Are they true? Yes or no?"

Taking a few seconds to thinks about her response, Kim chose to drink a sardine smoothie rather than spill secrets about her family. And, as to be expected, the drink didn't taste all that great.

"The aftertaste!" Kim said after spitting some of the smoothie into a nearby bucket. "So f**king disgusting."

As previously reported, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are both rumored to be pregnant, but neither sister has publicly confirmed the news, though they've both teased fans about the gossip.

Kim herself is also expecting her third child via surrogate. Before her appearance on Corden's show, Kim let it slip that she was having a baby girl on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. While not too many details are known about the pregnancy, it's been reported that Kim's third kid may be born in January 2018.
