Thousands evacuated as France struggles to battle wildfires

More than 12,000 people have been forced to leave their homes in France after properties were at risk of being damaged by raging wildfires.

Thousands of emergency workers are struggling to put out flames on Cote d'Azur with the help of helicopters and planes.
